Tomorrow’s Scientists Technicians and Managers (TSTM)

Tomorrow’s Scientists Technicians and Managers (TSTM) program is a college readiness program for minority middle and highs school students.

Since TSTM first “opened its doors” 30+ years ago, more than 1000 youth have gone through the TSTM program to tackle more challenging course work, give back to their neighborhoods and schools through community service, and to explore careers in business and the sciences, technology, engineering, and math fields where minorities remain dramatically underrepresented.

TSTM’s complementary program, Project Ready, is a signature program of the National Urban League that provides enhanced academic and social support to youth as they prepare for post-secondary success. The Quad County Urban League’s Project Ready program was one of the original pilot sites and has been in existence since 2007.  The Project Ready curriculum is comprised of three critical components: Academic Development, Social Development, Cultural and Global Awareness.
